A nagging thought in the back of Lan Wangji's head had been telling him all day to be cautious, that being too eager or too truthful could scare Wei Wuxian away and then he'd need to work twice as hard to lure him back, but it really isn't the case. And why would would it be? They are soulmates, of course the yearning to be together would work both ways.
He turns to face Wei Wuxian for a moment when the drive allows it, flashing him a smile which is small but soft and genuine. He really is looking forward to getting them home, to be able to spend the rest of the afternoon and all night wrapped up in the arms of his only love.
Thankfully there is not much further to go as they end up in one of the nice districts of town, full of luxury residential buildings which seem to reach up to the very sky. A quick turn takes them into the underground parking lot of one, and it seems that each apartment even has a couple assigned parking spots especially for them. Very swanky. ]

[ Looking over again to the passenger side, he wants to kiss him so bad... but soon. Soon. Instead Lan Wangji gives a final squeeze of his hand before letting go and getting out of the car. ]
